Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jatea7 platform — including the website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional features, or customer support services — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and jatea7 (the operator). They govern all aspects of your relationship with jatea7 and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — between you and jatea7.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jatea7 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jatea7 and participation in any gambling or betting activity offered by the platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age (18+). jatea7 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of play, or you are a Bangladesh-resident player accessing the platform while temporarily abroad.
• You are accessing jatea7 voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, or contractor of jatea7, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on jatea7 or any similar voluntary exclusion arrangement.
• You are acting legally under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

jatea7 uses age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players who are subsequently found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts suspended immediately, all winnings voided, and all deposits returned to the extent possible under applicable payment processing limitations.

Account Registration

To use jatea7's gambling and betting services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Registration Requirements

• You may hold only one registered account on jatea7. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• You must provide a valid email address that you own and control. This address will be used for account communications, verification, and security alerts.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your jatea7 account. You are solely responsible for keeping this password confidential.
• You must provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and Bangladesh residential address. False information will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jatea7 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• A valid Bangladesh passport
• A driving licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA)
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and Bangladesh residential address
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for deposits

jatea7 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during your account's lifetime — not only upon withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jatea7 account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jatea7 immediately at [email protected]. jatea7 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jatea7 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There are no currency conversion fees.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit cap for standard verified accounts.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your jatea7 balance within 5 to 10 minutes of the transaction being confirmed.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited, depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.
• You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — using accounts belonging to friends, family members, or any other person — are strictly prohibited.
• jatea7 reserves the right to return deposits and void related winnings if the depositing payment method is found to belong to a third party.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request is approved. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes once KYC is complete and the request has been approved by the jatea7 payments team.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• jatea7 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual in size, frequency, or pattern.

Bonus & Promotions

jatea7 offers a range of promotional bonuses for Bangladesh players, including welcome bonuses for new members, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and major ICC cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific conditions stated at the time the promotion is offered.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each specific bonus will be clearly stated in that promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are issued one per player, per promotion, regardless of the number of payment methods, devices, or IP addresses used. Claiming the same promotion more than once through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• jatea7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
• Bonuses that have not been used within 30 days of being credited may be removed from the account without notice.
• jatea7 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe the player engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software to exploit promotional offers.

Bonus Abuse

jatea7 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across multiple outcomes using bonus funds, exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting, coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts, and making low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent. Such behaviour constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jatea7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and notification to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Underage gambling: Any attempt to access or use jatea7 by a person under 18 years of age.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one registered account on jatea7, whether under your own name or under any false identity.
• Third-party deposits or withdrawals: Using any payment account not registered in your own name to fund or receive funds from jatea7.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit game mechanics, or share winnings derived from coordinated play.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven betting tools, or any other automated software to place bets or make decisions on jatea7.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your bank or mobile banking provider after funds have been deposited and used on jatea7.
• Money laundering: Using jatea7 as a vehicle to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. jatea7 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, including but not limited to name, age, address, or identity documents.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or incorrect odds postings to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jatea7 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical assets, text content, software code, game interfaces, betting market structures, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jatea7 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jatea7 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from jatea7 without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any jatea7 software.
• Frame or embed the jatea7 website within another website or application.
• Use jatea7's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without written authorisation.
• Scrape or programmatically extract data, odds, or other content from jatea7 for commercial use.

Any unauthorised use of jatea7's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

jatea7 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and aim for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party payment provider outages, and internet infrastructure issues beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jatea7 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of — or inability to use — the jatea7 platform.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information displayed on jatea7, including odds, game RTP figures, or promotional terms, where that information contains typographical errors or display faults.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your jatea7 account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank partner) that affect deposit or withdrawal processing times.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any kind, even if jatea7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits jatea7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation — to the extent such exclusions are not permitted under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by You

You may close your jatea7 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed, and any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be reviewed. Unmet wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will result in those bonuses being forfeited upon closure.

Suspension or Closure by jatea7

jatea7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• You are under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to jatea7 or other players.

In the event of closure due to a breach of these terms, jatea7 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from jatea7 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are honoured within 24 hours. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the jatea7 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using jatea7 and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
